Community Arts

In-Definite Arts is bringing art to life in your community! We have undertaken a commitment to provide high quality community arts programming for families, children, teens and adults. As IDAS Community Arts continues to evolve, it will continue to promote the importance of the arts in community development.

Upcoming Community Art Events

Art Works! After School Art Programs - Fall 2011 Session
Monday or Wednesday evenings, 3:30 - 5:30 pm
Ages 6 - 12
January 9 - March 21 (no classes February 20 or 22)

Cost: 65.00 for 10 week session (one night per week) which includes all
art supplies and a snack each class.

Registration, including payment of fees, can be done in person at In-Definite Arts or by phone using Visa or MasterCard. Early registration for Fairview residents with a Fairview Community Association membership is from Monday, November 28 to Thursday,
December 1. Regular registration will begin Monday, December 5 – 9:30 am.

In-Definite Arts will be closed from Wednesday, December 14 and reopening on Monday, January 2.

Children will be registered on a first come/first served basis until programs are full – 18 children per session. Registration fee is $65 which includes all supplies and a snack per day.

GLASS FUSION CLASSES

Beginners Class - September 29, 2011
6:30 - 8:30 pm

Be creative AND save 25%. A mere $30 will get you a beginner glass fusion class including instruction and all supplies to make a 6” square glass creation (trivet, coaster, sun-catcher or small dish ... you decide what you would like!)

We throw in the fun for free!

Class size is limited to 12. Children 10 or older are welcome if an adult is registered with them.

Glass Fusion Open Studio (previous experience)
3 night workshop - October 13, 20 & 27
6:30 - 8:30 pm

$30 for all three nights - supplies NOT included

These classes are specifically designed for those who have taken our one night beginner class previously or who have done fused glass in the past. Registration fee includes studio time for all three nights - you pay the cost of supplies once you decide what you'd like to make!
