May 1 – June 3, 2017
Calgary Public Library, Fish Creek Branch | 11161 Bonaventure Drive SE, Calgary AB
Be sure to visit In-Definite Arts’ “Oh Canada” exhibit at the Fish Creek Library between now and June. This show honours Canada’s 150th anniversary with art that celebrates nature and animals, Calgary’s architecture, our western heritage and multicultural identity.
Featuring original works of art from seventeen IDAS and Artistic Expressions artists, the exhibit is sure to inspire your pride in our great country. Each artist has expressed their love of Canada in their own unique style on paper, canvas, venetian plaster, pottery, glass and fibre. We’d love to hear from you and be able to share with our artists how their work inspires your own pride in Canada.
Special thanks are extended to Maureen Lallier of the Fish Creek Library for making this exhibition possible, and to Daniel Cristini for installing the show. If you are interested in purchasing any of the art, please contact In-Definite Arts at firstname.lastname@example.org or 403-253-3174.
Artists featured in this show include: Adeel Sadiq, Amber Harriman, Brad McCall, Chris Steppler, Dawn Gallicano, Geoffrey Bates, Jamie Petit, Jody Roll, Laura Wei, Lauren MacMillan, Reinhart Wunder, Remy Bernier, RJ Ledgerwood, Roby King, Rod Macleod, Sandra Milne & Tony French.
